Indeed. DB new name will be Extraction. I expect splashdamage releasing some info to the public as well. In private forum we already were informed.

Honestly, I don’t care much about the game, because to me it seems it’s not going good way from time when it was announced, but…

Splash Damage must be crazy to sign a deal with Nexon to publish the game…

What should say more about this than - Epic fail!

This is getting bad. If nexon will be a publisher i expect this game to be a brink with pay to win model, i just lost any interest i had in this game, sadly =/

Splash Damage, what the hell are you doing ? I really hope that Nexon will not touch Dirty Bomb with that pay 2 win s**t… And why name change ? Dirty Bomb was good, Extraction is… meh… common ?!

Although I do have to say I liked Dirty Bomb better just because it sounds edgier :o

I thought Warchest was set up to be Splash’ publisher. Hope that even though you are getting involved with… Nexon, you will remain the decision makers on what the game will be like, and still get a large chunk of the profits! :stuck_out_tongue:

Considering the worries above me come from people without a DB shield behind the names, I’ll remain hopeful for now. I bet that the alpha testers have been explained in more details about the hows and whys. Looking forward to some news! Although I have to say, this wasn’t the kind of news I was hoping for, haha. :slight_smile:
