title. i mean just a handful of servers the map never changes so we can binge pay on our favourite maps without maps we dislike in between

i mean when dockyard comes out im only connecting to games in a dockyard match

I gotta agree to be honest. It would be nice to have just EV maps (Bridge/Chapel), because I am often in the mood to just play these. Perhaps a couple of servers too that leave out the EV maps, because I know there are a selection of people who simply do not enjoy the EV escort maps.

I have enjoyed playing the solely Dockyard servers over the weekend, which makes me want this even more! :3

I find EV maps to be perfect for most of the mercs I play (Stoker, Sparks, Vassili, Arty, Kira…) so I am in favor of this.

If you ask for this it will happen but it will be 24/7 Dome.

I would probably play there a lot myself. I love that map since it allows for close and long range play in almost all areas allowing most of the mercs to be really good.

Been asking for this for a while. One map servers is pretty much how I met and still to this day continue to play with all the people I’ve known for well over 15 years. It helps to create a community better than relying on forums and twitch.

The community aspect is something I hadn’t really thought of, but I for one don’t really use the favorite server option currently. With map servers or gametype servers I would probably be much more apt to favorite those types of games I like and play on those servers more exclusively as opposed to just jumping in whatever looks like it’s got a slot with a decent ping. I do enjoy running into some familiar names on servers so it is a good way to foster that aspect of community that feels slightly missing currently.

I’m actually starting to dislike the voting on maps thing - I’d rather it just autorotate through. On the days I binge on the game long enough to rotate through to see the same vote options coming up, people tend to pick the same shit over and over, where I’d like to just play through all the maps.

Hard thing to do since whatever they do it won’t please someone. I get the feeling we’ll just have to wait for community servers for any of this stuff.

Excellent idea, @Ballto . 24/7 servers would be very nice. But another issue is - objective or stopwatch? :wink: I prefer stopwatch.
