Can "tough as nails" be completed on a private versus campaign?

…set to easy/normal? Just curious if the achievement could be done at a somewhat easier difficulty. If not, I’ll probably just work on it online.

No idea. Throbblefoot and I have been trying to get this Achievement for awhile now. It would be nice to get some clarification from SD on what exactly the requirements are to get this Achievement.

I have every achievement in the game. Gt is evilerthedongal if you don’t believe but I just did the the campaign on versus, not private match. Nobody joined me so it was just me and bots. Try that.

For clarification, did you access said campaign from the campaign (private/public online) menu or freeplay (versus) menu?

Nope, only on hard mode or versus on-line, i have tried on easy/medium/vs private/half on campaign half on versus online/ and no luck.
After countless ragequit and a lot o cursing :smiley: i finally got it.

Where can I find this in the menu? Campaign --> Public?

Yes, Campaign =>Public/hard - If you want to allow others to join your team/help you/friends;
Campaign => Private /hard - If you want to do it alone.

Thanks, that clears things up. …and it has to be done on hard, even when on versus?

Something tells me that the achievement text needs to be re-written, then. :confused:

I’ve tried on public easy/medium and nothing happen, then i switched to campaign/Solo/hard.
I’ve made a mistake in my previous post: If you want to do it alone => Campaign=>Solo=>hard;
