Every time I try to launch DB the AntiCheat launcher loads and I get an error report as:GameID: 21 (32bit)

Error Code: 30005

Error Code:30005(CreateFile failed with 32)
I’ve tried running steam as an Admin and verifying the integrity of the game files, but nothing worked.
Any help?
