My question is can the complete arsenal of weapons that you have acquired via various soldiers be shared between all your soldiers? If so, how do you go about making these configurations.

yes, but some weapons are class specific.
Shotguns can only be used by engineers.
Sniper rifles and the otto semi-auto assault rifle can only be used by agents
Heavy weapons can only be used by commandos.
Hoo Hah AR can be used by commando’s and the captain
SMGs can be used by medics and agents
Pistols can be used by all classes
Melee weapons can be used by all classes but the captain class.
Yes, weapons can be shared between classes as mentioned before. To give them to units go to the barracks.
I appreciate your quick response. Were within the configurations that are the game do I make these exchanges of weapons between soldiers? All I can ever see is the option to purchase a weapon that a soldier does not have.
In that same menu it also shows the weapons you already have. Note that not all soldiers can equip all weapons. Also if a weapon is already equipped by another soldier it will show up as purchase instead of equip. You can however unequip the weapon on the other dude and equip it on a different one. You might need to get another weapon to give it to the other dude (like a knife).
I think Medics and Engineers have to little weapons that are decent. Or why cant a soldier use a shotgun? odd…
