Can play (Log in not completed)

I tryed to reinstall,to do disconnect on console,but every time when i open game says Log In Not Completed,please help i rlly want this game.And I thought thats probably because my configurations: CPU: Intel Core i5-4590
RAM: 8gb
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 630
SYSTEM TYPE: 64bit and Win 7
