Overview: You can not seem to shoot proxy mines that are placed in an elevator, however they can still be triggered if you run on them.
Know locations of bug:
Attackers side elevator (next to the LED sign) on the right hand side of spawn in underground.
I have not tested it on other elevators but I assume the problem would be the same

I was just showing that you could not shoot it, but you could still run over it and blow it up

Nothing will trip the mines other than physically tripping them by getting near them. Proxy Mines, Airstrikes, grenades, bullets, moltovs do not trip the mine.
This has been in the game for over a year and they don’t seem keen on fixing it. Details on how to easily replicate it are in my original post.
