Hello, im from Spain/Cadiz and im playing this game as well. Well, my firend lives in Morocco (only 100km) from me and he can’t play find the game on Steam. I understand the restriction in other countries but i cant belives this one. He lives only 100 km to me!! I think he could play in European servers without anyproblems. He has better speednet than me btw. I posted this here bcuz i think this looks like a bug… He really want to play this game and I want to play with him too. Thanks.

Morocco isn’t on the list of available regions unfortunately… Nexon is actively working to expand this list.

I understand, but in one hour of boat i can go to his house, for that is very frustating this problem 
Btw his coussin is from Tunisia and couldnt too. I think this game is waited for many other persons. Thanks a lot for the fast reply
