Can I refund credits that I spent before buying the starter pack?

I bought Vassili before I bought the starter pack and was wondering if there was a way to get my 30,000 credits back.

@GM-Radrodo would be the one with the official answer.
I know they did refund for a mistaken purchase once, but I haven’t seen a refund because of purchasing the pack. So probably unlikely, but who knows? (Radrodo knows btw).
