Can I get some feedback from UK xbox players please?

My friend has just bought a new slim xbox, and has offered to lend me his old Elite for a few weeks before he sells it.

What I want to know is, before I buy a copy ox Brink for the console, is it active in the UK?

I’m just going to quote something I wrote last night about my experience on ps3:

If the xbox is a lot better than this, if it’s possible to find consistent 5v5 or even 8v8 in the UK, then please let me know.

I’d buy a pc copy, but I won’t be getting a new gaming pc for at least another 6 months.

I’m more than willing to migrate to xbox for the time being if it means I can find some games.

It’s fairly active, I can find full games but if they are quiet they can take a little while to fill up, all good once they do though. I only really use freeplay, not sure how many will be on campaign versus.
Make sure to set the search criteria to ‘my rank or higher’ and it should be all good.

Get/buy/ thank him for the xbox and plug it in asap. Maybe if you are able to play with the rest of us fools, you’ll have more fun. I was playing with a guy on this forum from Germany all day and I live in the US. Hella fun.

Yea the matchmaking is terrible on the box, it finds non full games , rarly ones with a spot or two left.

This morning me an my friends played full 8 vs 8 matches on xbox all morning (until we got hungry). Headsets and all. If you need a good recommendation for a great headset that you can carry over to using on PC later on if you don’t keep the XBOX then I’d recommend you get a pair of Sharkoons.

They work really well and can be used with PS3 XBOX and PC.

And keep the annoying echo down.

There’s a couple of UK xbox players who play with me and my friends with minimal lag on a regular basis. Iezza and Jmac. xten or whatever his name is on here.

Ye you get lucky at times and find good games, i use turtle beaches by the way, also i dont want my game boiling down to luck :frowning: I’v played with you before it was fun.
