That config is no longer possible due to the limitations imposed on graphics settings now, afaik.

Configs like that always made me question just how far people will go for small advantages. I’d rather my game not look like shit.

@Backuplight I have to agree with you :L I love playing competitively, but this would honestly ruin the game for me if I had to play like that. I like the art style and it’s part of a game’s experience for me. Just my 2-cents ^.^

IMO, I think although, it increases your PC performances, it kinda disrupts the disadvantages and advantages of view and sight in game for each player. Maybe one day, there’s a config that removes everything, except for character models. Isn’t that literally hacks than? Dunno.

Last time I checked I couldn’t get a rock-solid stable 144FPS on a 4670K@4.7GHz and 980Ti on low settings, so potato configs are not whims.

And I don’t know about you, but after 200h I don’t really care how the game looks :smile:

Tell me - how many times have you lost a firefight and you opponent had 2% health left? That’s may be the difference between 60fps and 144 fps.
