Can Barely Hear Redeye

Is it just me or is Redeye almost impossible to hear when he speaks unless you’re in spawn or almost nothing is happening?

I wouldn’t be honestly surprised that possibly years of exposure to not-so-healthy amounts of smoke composition might do tricky stuff to your respiratory system. Rather nasty to talk loud let alone shout when your windpipe can be compared to a steel tube.
