Calling hackers without proof

This is something that was bound to happen with new peeps getting into the game: calling some players hackers just because they have a greater level. Please, before calling a player a hacker, try to spectate and watch how he plays (aim snaps, fliks, etc).

I’m saying this because it happened to me, and because even though I don’t owe anything to any other player, I wanted to make a point and show how calling someone a hacker without any proof can be annoying for both teams ! (the fun starts at 2:10 in the video)

On a side note, it would be cool to have a proper reporting system that requires proof (screenshots, videos, testimony of multiple players).

I am not sure why you even bothered replying in the game. Just get on with your game and ignore it. By replying you only made it worse really.

If we all posted every time someone called us a hacker then the forums would be filled with two types of threads. ‘XXXX is a hacker’ or ‘I am not a hacker’

I agree, but replying or not doesn’t change much: as soon as you kill the guy again he/she will keep on raging and insulting. I’m absolutely not the kind of guy to post gameplay videos just to show how I perform, but in this case I couldn’t resist showing how this behaviour is bad for the players.

After 67 hours played I ran into my first hacker last night. And he was aimbot raging. He is one of those kids who wants to feel cool and was claiming he wrote a private hack. I asked him a few programming related questions that he couldn’t answer and proceeded to laugh at him before leaving. You have to love people as brazen as this.

This guy probably comes from Combat Arms. Its all they do all day call each other hacker. Just ignore them and keep playing.
