Can i trade my 2 elite cases that came with the Sharp Shooter Bundle for a Cobalt C94 Excellent Operative for Phantom?

I believe the only way to get a specific card is to buy the Bronze version with either credits or real money.

yeah i did buy the bronze version. but ever since i almost got a Cobalt from a normal case I’ve been wanting a cobalt variant.

You just have to farm cobalts till you get to the Phantom you want! I had the same problem,but i only wanted gold, so now i have 5 gold phantom loadout cards and only one is Excellent Operative!
