Ok It seems like the voice over in terminal that says c4 defused when it is actually planted has been bugged for years. It’s a pretty basic bug that would be sooo easy to fix. Why it isn’t fixed is a mystery. Please fix before you go into full release in March so to avoid embarrassment!!
