I was playing some Execution and people have planted the bomb but you couldn’t see it and all enemies were dead and nothing happened until time ran out and we won, this happened twice in the same game. 
So I haven’t seen anyone post this or it has been noticed so I hope you can look into this.

I just had this happen to me tonight. I have video as well, though there’s not much to see other than the Pylon Indicators completely disappear on the UI.
