Great another person that joined this month and is leaving. Thanks for letting us know we never knew you were here in the first place. Sorry to get rude, but these threads are getting repetitive and dumb. People come and go from games all the time. We don’t need you to let us know when you personally do so.

(SockDog) #3

Not everyone who plays is on this forum. If they feel strongly enough to register and post their disappointment then I think that’s something SD really needs to know or should they just read the happy posts and think that a lack of positive attitude is the biggest problem with the game.

Also this guy seems to have not only bought the game but supported it with a server too. That’s one less place for people to play.

Don’t like Bye Bye threads then don’t read them, seems they’re at least titled clearly unlike the misleading, “I’m criticising Brink, Oh HAHAHA not really I love it, got you to read” trash.

Adios, toodle-loo, see ya, later, ciao, hasta la vista, au revoir, 回头见 (huí tóu jiàn), goodbye

(FireWorks) #5

YOU didnt know him. I did. And I liked to play on the server he was running for the community.

And I care for people leaving, especially for the few server admins that run servers with the settings I prefer and have a decent ping. I can count them on one hand and everyone is a loss.

Good bye, ziel100! It was a pleassure :stroggbanana::stroggbanana::stroggbanana:

Narcissism is terribly annoying.

No once cares.

“Ignorance is bliss” attitudes are terribly annoying.

I dont care for your posts.

man i leave for Cancun for a week and half, comeback to a new forum layout & a couple of threads like this

Bye bye also from me, uninstalled, about had enough of how ridiculously defensively biased these maps are, every map seems to have all these balconies and mezzanine floors with solid railings which the defense just crouch behind and pick you off from, obviously thanks to the spread of the weapons your chances of hitting them back is next to none.

Still playing KZ3? I wish I had more friends on PS3 who played that game…

I took a month of pause from this game and came back to just see how things were, not good sadly.
The problem is, the game feels random mostly. The best i can describe is that it feels like FFA from cod where you kill some people because they were looking at some other direction, then you multikill some with a chopper because you were lucky etc. Brink feels exactly the same. Everyone is running around randomly and when they spot an enemy, they take the 1 sec it takes to kill someone from behind. There is no distinction between ally and foe(and believe me, i set enemy turrets/mines/etc to bright green from cvars), barely any visual cues, they both carry the same weapons.

It just doesn’t feel right. When i get in a game, i expect to die because someone was better than me and i expect a person to die when i’m aiming at him. The only weapon that doesn’t make me mad is the ritchie with a scope because it actually hits what you aim. I don’t care about anything, i just want to kill something, not roll a dice to see if it’s either him or me. Just now i came from a game where i spotted a mine on my path, i took the carb and… had to iron sight about 4m away AND burst fire to destroy it and even then half the shots were missing. SERIOUSLY!

I might give another try when some balance update hits, but for some time it’s going to sit on my hdd, dormant. School is also starting so i doubt i have any time left from it and some etqw cups.

(BROTOX) #12

Then you should add me Sin. I play KZ3 under the name Lil-Hig-Planet. Might as well add l3ROTOX as well.

All righty!

Im quitting Brink too. I just handle it anymore. Eric Von Detten and his surfer-y hairstyle and casual demeanor is just too much. It makes me want to go to a local sporting goods store and just bash up the roller blades…

Oh wait, this is a good bye thread about the game? Nevermind.
