How can I add a Button to this box?

Well, this is the way to make brushes with different number of sides:
Make a brush about the size you want it to. Now, it will become circle-shaped if you look in the top view if you press Brush -> 9-sided in the menu. (Or eventually, use “arbitrary sided” there, but 9 is mostly enough)
Now for your button, rotate that 9-sided brush by using the buttons in radiant, after trying some you’ll get the thing rotated. Then move and align it, done.

To make it useable: “func_button” what Kamikazee said and you’re good to go. (add script if needed)
