There was a glitch in game where the turret could not be killed. I think the flash bangs caused this

I had this happen to me on chapel. The enemy wouldnt Conc my turret again for me to test it on the next map.
The spot on chapel was behind the rock near final delivery point, and the front of the tripod was on the little garden bed the rock sits in. Not sure if the location is part of it.
