Bushwackers Sentry

I wanna to have peoples opinion on Bushwacker’s sentry placement because for me putting down his sentry is very buggy. Especially when you are in hurry or in the middle of a firefight, which is important because of how fast paced this game is. I want to be able to run into the battlefield and press Q and have the sentry down in less than a second, but instead i usually hold it looking like a noob while i’m getting all the “Red Markers”. This gets me killed quite often and i wanna know if i’m the only one

I have issues with it too, I’d like to be able to place it closer to my feet. Terrain and other deployables really mess with placement too

You just have to get used to it. Turrets mostly need flat surfaces and don’t play along with walls (or other deployables). Best is to take notice where others place their turrets those are most of the time the best spots for them anyway.

turret placement is less forgiving than in the past, also to avoid really nasty campy spots

it used to less health making it more of an ambush device; but now that it can take decent amount of damage, its more of a suppressive/distraction device, and being able to hide it too much would make it OP
