Bushwacker Vs Proxy Vs Fletcher who to buy?

So after saving up Im looking to buy my next merc and i need an engineer for my roster as i dont have one, but im unsure if i should get Proxy, Bushwacker, or Fletcher

I have heard that Bushwacker is getting a nerf at some point also not sure if this is true or not

Bushwhacker is the easiest to use, and a lot of fun if you like to setup crossfire traps. I would say his turret very versatile. Don’t really play him myself as I prefer ‘to the face’ abilities.

Pick Proxy if you like speed above all, she definitely is not easy to play well, as taking people on face-first can be dangerous.

Fletcher is a mix of Proxy and Nader. My 24/7 merc at the moment, not the easiest to play either, but can be extremely deadly. I would not pick him as your first engineer.

Bushwacker, get a Kek-10, and go to town. Despite mainly playing Proxy I find that Bush is far more versatile.

It’s between Bush and Proxy really, Proxy if you like speed, Bush if you want health.

Their abilities are more or less about as effective as the other, it’s a matter of knowing how to use them.

i have a prox and bush… prox is more 1shot denial for objectives with bush is more of a zoning engi… bush is slightly easier to play due to the extra health and the KEK is just stupidly powerful in cqb…

Fletcher is by far my favorite and most versatile, but also the hardest to play well. If you want a fun challenge pick him.

If you want easier merc to play, pick one of the other. IMO, all the engineers are fun in their own ways, but Fletcher is down right fun in a whole variety of ways. You can get pretty creative with him and I haven’t found anything more satisfying in this game than sticky bomb rampage kill streaks.
