Buildable Objects

Hi, im building my own baserace like map, but less baseish, and i was wondering, how to get things buildable. I cant get anything, i dont kno the process to make things buildable, i tried looking at goldrush at the cp and tank/truck stops and its too confusing.

Can someone explain making objects buildable in the simplest form.
An if possible tell me how to only activate it with a construction material (aka wood and metal for fence, need both to build, then maby concrete packs and water to build the concrete wall). you would have to collect the right materials and place them to build the object. I think its cool. Any help is apreciated

i too am building a baserace map and asked captn. triscuit for his .map file. he said he was throwing together a how to make a baserace map tutorial. So it should be done soon, your better off to wait to see what he whips up

Im too retarted to understand the writing in those 2 links,like i said, simple. im too simple minded to understand that, i need a step by step 1-2-3 guide to make constuctable objects, not complex have to kno alot to understand it. I need the simplest.

Right before trying to do advance way of construction i suggest learning just single-stages construction as seen most maps, look, http://www.planetquake.com/simland/ldr1_1/default.htm there and go to construction system for step by step explination, explains everything you need to know, then you can start experimenting by combining construction with capturing objectives like you want.

i seriously dont understand the http://www.planetquake.com/simland/ldr1_1/default.htm and i dunno what to do, i seriously cant understand it. I guess i am dumber than a baby, but oh well. I just want a step by step what to do, when u get directions to build a toy car it comes with pictures, it gets right to the point, there is bullshyt info inbetween.

And your probebly thinkin what your grades in school and i have a hard time with that because its just to complicated (im 16 and its still hard) i also have ADD, the only thing i find easy to understand is math, so as u can tell i wont be able to understand the directions that you guys send me to. Im sorry but i just cant understand it. thats why i posted. I need a guild that even a baby could undertand (a baby with a regular intelect not a basic understanding of the english lang.) To me what is written is like reading frech, i dont kno it. Its just so damn complicated. thats why i asked for step by step 1-2-3 directions.
