Bugs I experiencet while playing on steam

Hi there!

I like the game a lot and having it on steam is even better. Even though I gat my ass handed to myself almost every time (it`s been a while since BRINK - no other team shooter came close to this game for me so far so I dod not practice)… anyhow:

  • I sometimes spawn without weapon and movement keys mapped irregularly.
  • Sometimes my weapons star switching back and forth and do not stop to do so.
  • Once in a while the “action/trigger” key will refuse to work for me (sometimes connected to unmotivated XP gain)
  • As well the abilitys are not responsive. I want to plant a health station for example but it takes 2-3 seconds till the command is executed

That`s it form me so far.

Update: My deploy ability was stuck today - no matter what char I`d choose during the match. I could not use the turret nor the healing post. Even switching the char did not help…

I had Point 1 and 2 too!
Also i had a bug that swap weapons when you fire one. Example : as skyhammer i shoot (left click) with m4, it shoot 1 bullet and automatically swap to pistol. Then i can’t swap back to m4 unless i shoot with pistol! And sometimes it does swap to knife!

And finally the best : i spawn without weapons and with keys scrambled AND nobody see me, i’m like a ghost, so i have to press “k” to suicide and respawn (sometimes i respawn with same bugs).

#2 happens when you try to switch weapons while spawning, so wait before switching to melee

I’ve got #1, #2 and #3 too.

Also having the “ghost problem”, but without key scrambling, and not only when spawning, it can happen suddenly while walking or even while shooting.
And when this happens, I’ve got the same “firing problem” : pressing the fire button does the following : fire 1 bullet with pistol, auto switch to knife and throw a shot, auto switch to primary weapon and fire a bullet, auto switch to the pistol… etc…
During this “ghost phase”, nobody sees me, I deal no damage to other players, and weapon switching does not work anymore.
Need also to self-kill and respawn to recover a normal behaviour.

these are known issues, but keep reporting everything you find, nothing is centralized in here yet
