If you buy multiple cases through the in game store and click “open” multiple times, you will open both or more cases at once. When you get the reward from the first one, you will then be unable to click the complete button, since it will be covered by the second cases “skip” option.

Happened to me one or two times, as well.
Would be nice if SD could spend players involved in such issues some compensation.
