Guess what! I found another one!
Basically, I diededed and have been force to spectate a team-mate. The funny thing is that he was playing Stoker but the upper panel shows that he was playing sparks. It is not related to the olb bug where you could play a merc abilities with another merc weapons as he used a moly. I have highlighted the interesting parts on the screenshot. Note that he did have Sparks in his squad and he probably used it the round before, can’t remember for sure.
