The trinket issue is currently being worked on by Nexon. Your playtime is still tracked and when it is resolved you will receive your trinkets.
The audio issue is also a known bug. If I remember correctly you need to delete the folder that contains the db configuration in My Document > UnrealEngine3
Double check before deleting to be sure.
