Hello all!
I am currently working hard to get the bug reporting section up to scratch. It has been a bit of a mess for awhile and we have been seeing a lot of duplicate reports.
The What: I am building a report for the devs to make it easier to review reported bugs. This will hopefully allow them to set better priorities and become aware of bugs much faster then currently.
The How: I am attempting to format all of the threads into a similar style and compile them in a master thread as well as link them to a eDoc that will only be available to Nexon/SD.
The Why: To improve the game, of course.
So at this point you might be asking why I am making this post. Well, I will need your help. This is a really big task, and I would sincerely appreciate any help I can get from other players.
What I need from others:
- If you see a duplicate post, tag me in it to let me know it needs to be merged with an existing report.
- If you are aware of a bug not in the master list, please tag me in a relevant thread so I can catalog it and ensure the devs get all the important details.
- If you experience a known bug, PLEASE share any details you have on it in the relevant thread. The more details we get the better the devs can track down the issue and get it fixed.
I really do appreciate any help you can offer. I am just a volunteer here and I only have so much time to dedicate to this myself.
