I activated the Psycho pack after having created a couple of characters already and I noticed that the appearance menu tab was blinking as if telling me new appearance options were available, but when I go into the customization screen there is nothing new.
I theorised that it must be because the game considers there are new options with the tattoos but since you cant change them after applying one (as I did with my characters) and doesn’t even show you the tattoo menu, then you can’t “see” the new tattoo so the game keeps reminding you they are there forever. I’m pretty sure this is the cause of the problem since when I create now a new character if I see all options including the new tattoo the appearance menu doesn’t blink.
I know this is a minor annoyance but it shouldn’t take much to fix either, and I’m not sure if it has been reported before, so I would appreciate if it could be fixed on the next patch or so.
