Type of Bug: Disappearing Crate
Description: When I hit level 7, the game told me I got an arsenal crate when i levelled up to 7 and the match finished. A normal equipment crate also dropped at the time (I got it and opened it fine). When I went into my inventory to open the 2 crates, the equipment crate was there but not the arsenal. I didn’t think any of it at the time and thought that maybe it was just being slow so I waited some time and no crate appeared. I restarted my game and still no arsenal crate was there so I checked if anyone else had the same problem and someone did. They recommended to write to support.
Video / Screenshot: I didn’t get a screenshot because I didn’t realise that I didn’t actually get the crate.
Steps to reproduce: Reached level 7 and got a notification that I got an arsenal crate. Checked inventory and no arsenal crate was there. Waited and restarted game and no arsenal crate appeared.
Result: No arsenal crate in my inventory after the game telling me i got one.
Expected result: I should of gotten an arsenal crate.
Reproduction rate: Has only ever happened once because i just hit level 7.
