[Bug] Cases just disappear

Recently, I’ve noticed some networking issues, most likely on my side. Now this usually leads to some annoyances (getting kicked out of games, disconnecting from the main screen, waiting forever for loadouts to appear), but I’ve found a bug that seems to be caused by that.

My cases disappear when opening them. They just disappear. No screen going through all the cards. The case just doesn’t open, then if I switch screens and come back, it’s gone. I don’t even get a stealth card, I just lose the case.

I’ve lost 4 cases this way.

I took a look at your video and I do understand your concern. You may be receiving the loadout card and just the animation is not playing for you. Next time before you open a case check to see the total number of loadout cards you have then open the case and see if the amount of loadout cards increases.

The issue is that this doesn’t happen every time. I recently just opened another 3 cases just yesterday without any issue.

Although, when I first noticed this issue, I had just traded up a bunch of cards, and when I came back to the loadout screen, I didn’t notice any new cards.

I’ll be sure to take screenshots of my loadouts before and after opening cases just in case and post back if I don’t receive any cards.

Thank you for the extra information. It’s most likely that you are getting the cards and just not seeing the visual spin. Please let me know if you continue to have this issue ^^
