Buffs and nerfs that i think should be made.

  • Arty-ok? maybe some buff because nobody uses it…
  • Aura- OK
  • Bushwhacker- buff his torrent heath, is the only thing he has afterall…
  • Fletcher- give his “mines” a timer before activation, i mean, after thrown, make them explodable only after 3 seconds from the deployment, i see people using it as grenades, so make sure they are mines to make traps and not grenades.
  • Fragger- ok?
  • Nader- make her nade restoration time slower, she spams to many grenades, its too overpowered.
  • Phonix- ok
  • Proxy- just give her some ammo boxes, we need more mercs with ammo boxes and it fits right on her.
  • Red Eye- hard to use but looks all right…
  • Rhino- ok i guess…
  • SawBonez- ok
  • Skyhammer- Too overpowered, nerf his airtrikes, give his airtrikes a way bigger cooldown, but buff his health to compensate…
  • Stoker- OK
  • Thunder- OK
  • Vassili- OK

This is what i think, i already tried most of them so i think i know what im talking about…but i may be wrong…

Nader martydom needs to go. It’s not competitive at all.

Proxy mines need more visibility plus a cool down. Its not competitive either.

I wouldn’t nerf Fletcher’s Mines too hard, since that’s the only thing he got going for him (aside from a shotgun, which is pretty limited to CQC-use and can’t match up to ARs like the M4A1 or the Aug).
Maybe make it so, that you can not detonate them after you’ve thrown them for 1.5-2s?

His mines are visible enough with the blue/red dot in the middle, I think.
There are other floor-mines, which don’t have any light and just are plain grey.

Skyhammer is just OP right now, that’s true.
I even saw someone with a lvl2-Skyhammer. And he was best with 10.5XX points. (0.o)/

Nader is a bit too spammy even for my taste, yes.

Bushwacker seems to be fine, IMHO. Maybe +10-15HP, but that’s it.

The thing that boggles me quite a bit:
Thunder or how he is called (the one with the LMG called K121. It’s a counterpart to the reallife HK121, which is a brand-new LMG actually).
He has like 56 shots in the box-magazine? That’s a bit low, IMHO. Maybe bump it up to 65-70 and increase the reloadtime by +1-1.5s?

@amiableLayer, yup, that’s what i meant with the Fletcher idea, i just didn’t explained well.

About the Thunder, i agree, but i search and looks like that HK121 has “50 round belt in drum container or 120 round belt in separate box”.

About the Bushwacker, i think he needs a buff yes, i only died once from a torrent, they are very visible, not easy to hide it… so yea i think it needs a buff…or just give Bushwacker ammo boxes…

But those that really need to be fixed are Skyhammer and nader, their spammy abilities need a nerf…

Here are my thoughts on classes:

Medics:

  • Aura: Too overpowered. Her health station needs to “pulse” every 10 seconds or so instead of instantly healing people. This is probably the most overpowered thing in the game right now. Set this station up under cover next to an ammo station and you will win.
  • Sawbonez: Compared to aura, his healing sucks. The health packs recharge too slow and can only heal a single person. He got nerfed too hard in the alpha and now barely anyone plays him. There’s a balance to be found between making him too strong, turning him into a rambo medic, and making him otherwise useless with nerfs.

Soldiers / Heavies:
These classes on average are still too strong. Too much health and guns are amazing with not a low of recoil. You shouldn’t be able to use MGs to snipe across the map and I’ve watched people do that because the accuracy on those guns is amazing and there is little recoil.
Fragger: He’s the most op of all the soldier classes. His grenade is way too strong and I constantly see Fraggers with half their kills coming from the grenade. It recharges too quickly and does way too much damage. His MG is super strong with not enough recoil and he has a lot of health and doesn’t move slow at all.
I’d be okay with keeping other heavies the same since they’re not played a lot because Fragger is just way stronger in comparison.
