I don’t have a burstfire rifle since the wipe, so I can’t answer that
but taken that they only reduced the damage by 1 and the recoil is the same as it was before, it’s still one hell of a gun

you should check infernos twich tv regarding br-16 bashing; amount of fraggery he had was absolutely insane

Burst rifles in a good spot at the moment I’d say, they used to be god tier before.

Now you just can’t really afford to miss the headshots. If you do manage to land them, GG.

I’m making a guide atm is a work in progress but here are the damages I got so far from the common guns everyone uses http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=415153540 also seems as 3burst has the lowest damage ATM for an assault rifle by .5

Yeah BR-16 isn’t as strong as it once was. Its damage is lower than people think.
