On Saturday, June 5th I will be releasing the first version of my new mod.
It is almost completely server-side, and I hope I can keep it that way as long as I can. It’s not server-side only if you want to have AFK bots.
It has been compiled on both Windows and Linux.
Changelog below (some minut changes may occur between now and the release).

ALT-01 ALTERED: Medics can only pickup 1 medpack every 10 seconds.
ALT-02 ALTERED: Field Ops can only pickup 1 ammopack every 5 seconds.
ALT-03 ALTERED: Mobile MG42 and Garand can reload mid-clip.
ALT-04 ALTERED: Syringe, Satchel, Arty, and Ammopacks can be used underwater. Satchel can’t be det’d underwater.
ALT-05 ALTERED: Chargebars and sprintbar cannot recharge while underwater
ALT-06 ALTERED: Max Health now takes into account damage given/received
ALT-07 ALTERED: Sniper Rifle headshots kill everybody.
ALT-08 ALTERED: Complaints against medics who kill a teammate are disregarded when they revive the player.

ALT-13 ALTERED: Medics don’t get an SMG until level4 light weapons, but they get akimbo pistols.
FIX-01 FIXED: Players must be alive to capture the flag.
FIX-02 FIXED: Players cannot have names with ^^.
FIX-03 FIXED: Commands over 1022 characters crash.
FIX-04 FIXED: Falloff damage works properly.
FIX-05 FIXED: Players cannot shoot themselves in the head.
FIX-06 FIXED: Reduced spread occurs at level3 light weapons, as it’s supposed to.
FIX-07 FIXED: Level0 Field Ops now uses lt charge instead of medic charge.
FIX-08 FIXED: Tank weapon stats now register correctly.
FIX-09 FIXED: Added missing MODs when complaints are filed.
FIX-10 FIXED: Rifle nades + flamethrower cannot go through doors.
ADD-01 ADDED: 2 modifiers: Instagib and headshot (cvar: b_modifier).
ADD-02 ADDED: Players can see their GUID (command: guid).
ADD-03 ADDED: “Bacon Authority System” (BAS) (command: baslogin), (cvars: bas_pass1, bas_pass2, bas_pass3).
ADD-04 ADDED: Refs/Admins can print centred text (command: bcp).
ADD-05 ADDED: Admins can make players join a team, and stay there, when they connect (cvar: b_force).
ADD-06 ADDED: 2 new types of grenades: homing grenades and sticky grenades (cvar: b_grenade).
ADD-07 ADDED: Bots (command: addbot).
ADD-08 ADDED: Players can receive 1HP for every 3HP of damage given (cvar: b_vampire).
NOTES
ALT-05: This has been disabled until a pub cvar is created.
ALT-06: This has been disabled until a pub cvar is created.

ADD-03: Incomplete.
ADD-04: This can be used only by people with referee status, it will display whatever is after bcp in the centre of all players’ screens.
Be sure to keep your text in quotes.
ADD-05: This will force players to join a team. It will not display the “player joined” message. This will be fixed.
ADD-06: Homing Grenades. Still being worked out.
ADD-07: They simulate AFK players!! You remove them simply by kicking them.
