Brink won't use the GPU I set it to use (My graphic card does not support OpenGL 3.1)

Every time I try to start up Brink, I get the following message:

My laptop has switchable graphics, I have both ‘‘AMD Radeon 6650’’, and ‘‘Mobile Intel® HD graphics’’, but no matter what I configure my laptop to use, Brink always uses my Intel chip instead of my Radeon chip.

I know for a fact that my computer is strong enough to play Brink (I can play games using the new Unreal Engine on max graphics with no frame lag), but the game doesn’t use the GPU I tell my computer to use.

I’ve tried everything, I’ve even tried disabling My Intel chip, but the game STILL won’t use my Radeon GPU for the game, is there anything I can do?

I spent 20$ on the game (no big deal), but I’ve been dying to play Brink ever since it came out :frowning:

This appears to be an issue with the AMD laptop-drivers when running fullscreen OpenGL-apps. Try contacting AMD for a solution
(we have done the same, and it should be fixed in an upcoming driver).
