At frist I thought it was something for “Brink TV”. Still, this is new stuff… and it’s really cool.
Maybe it’s part of the launch trailer? It doesn’t appear to be a in-game cinematic.

I don’t think cutscenes are actually in CGI. Others aren’t. If this is a cutscene then maybe it’s the one that is shown when you begin the campaign.

I liked how the Security was lined up, and the Resistance just standing here and there listening to the guy talking

Only the old cinematic footage is ‘CGI’ (a meaningless word in computer games anyway but we all know what you mean), the rest seems real time.
