Currently there isn’t anything that will do that.

When mod tools are released there will surely be an in-game admin tool with Mani-like features. One could do a simple in-game admin parsing logfiles for chat-messages also but it is something that I am sure most people will look into once the servers are actually stable enough to produce a log file that isn’t 10GB large after 1 hour with nothing but weird error messages in it (and without timestamp).
