Yah, I would recommend you RTFM first. Splash included a pdf with the server files that has the most common cvars and a lot of useful setup information. The hijacking cvar IS wrong in the pdf, so watch out for that. They also include 8-10 default configs for each game type. Your commands/config are about 40% accurate right now.
