Brink Release Forum Promotion

(Penguin United) #1

Hello Guys,

I work with a company called Penguin United, we are a relatively small company that specializes in gaming accessories. We make and sell the Eagle Eye keyboard and mouse converter for the PS3 which allows users to play console FPS games with a keyboard and mouse, the way FPS’s were meant to be played.

Penguin United is happy to announce that in anticipation for the release of Brink next week, that we will be providing a $10 off promotional coupon for the Eagle Eye at our online store on several Brink Fan forums for those Brink fans interested in playing Brink on the PS3.

If interested you can check out our product at our store:

Although I don’t like to see ads in the forum, I am vaguely curious. Will brink on the PS3 let you actually use your mouse/keyboard system without limiting the turn rate in any way?

Next week? Brink was released today!

Btw, that “eagle eye” would give an unfair advantage over people with normal ps3 controllers.

I disaprove of this product, gtfo.

Well with the Eagle Eye it essentially emulates a PS3 controller, so your turning rate is the exact same as it would be with a controller.

As for the unfair advantage, I really don’t see that at all. An advantage maybe, but unfair definitely not. I would compare it to a user using a gaming wheel in a racing game, its an advantage but it in no way exploits the game or the controller. Or you could compare it to the advantage that someone using a turtle beach headset would have an advantage over a player using just the t.v. sound. Is it an advantage? Sure. Is it unfair? No. Customization of gaming set up with peripherals is not unfair sir.
