Why aren’t you reporting these threads? That would seem the logical thing to do if they are excessive or duplicated. If reported and Splash Damage allow them to remain, they’re clearly not breaking any rules; whether you like their content or not.
To be fair, I’m with you on getting frustrated over similar/duplicate threads but instead of padding them out with vitriol and keeping them at the top; report them or leave them be. Either way, they die out relatively quickly and your eyes will avoid any crisis.

Dont worry I’m also reporting them, but only for real insults and such, as the mod already have plenty of work. I agree they arent breaking any “rule”, they are more kinda breaking the “netiquete” if there is still one…
By bazzilion I meant, look at his history and show me one positive and not already covered thread
