trust me, i tried that hotfix by ATI and it didnt help didly squat.

LOL, same config here, on Windows 7. I have overclocked the CPU to 4.2 GHz and I’m getting an average of 125 fps, never below 100 with ambient occlusion off, motion blur off (everything on high and AA)
Absolutely no issues in about 6 hours of play.
