I have dual ATI 6850s. Just tested it tonight to see how it would run. Getting 120-300 fps 1680x1050 on max graphics lols. Gonna have to see if the new game play is any better, but from just a few minutes of testing, it doesn’t seem that much different…

Gonna have to try the other weapons later on, but unsurprisingly managed to top hard in kills+xp+obj progress with a carb/light with little ease… couldn’t really tell too much of a difference with the carb; ads still sucks like before. On a positive note for some, there are quite a lot of people on for the free weekend, but doubt it will last; QQ BHC.

they are already gone… only about 30 or so peeps playing… what’s really frustrating, past 4 days and nights, i have not been able to join a server with all human players. its 3-5 peeps against BOTS- really, really FRIGGIN BORING!
why cant i change teams??? is it a server setting or something…
i wouldnt mind teaming up with 5 bots and take on a bunch of pub stars…
also were are the so call PC Stats?? ok, i got most kills but how many?? one great thing about ETQW you could mouse over all the end game stats and see your results… Brink, nada… the stats page wants some CODE?? from some tab called ‘online stats’ where the hell is that at… not seeing any ‘online stats’ option or link or anything…
said this months ago and even after all the so called fixes, i.e. patches… the game is still a major step backwards for SD… dont even get me started on all the choke points… lambs to slaughter each and every map…

You’re probably joining a game that someone has set up from the campaign where they’re playing vs bots (co-op basically, blurring those lines) and not in “versus” mode. So you can’t change teams because it’s not a versus game.
Can’t remember the settings but when you play you get the option of solo, versus or co-op (or something along these lines) which means: on your own, against other people, ppl v bots respectively.

yeah your right i was playing campaign mode- DOH!
went to objective mode- found 3 active servers with humans and bots mixed…
still cant find this “online stats” option in the game menu though…

“Online stats” is on the lower part of the main menu.
it’s greyed out in the picture, but it’s near the “credits” and “exit game” options.
in retrospect Brink’s menu is clean looking but massively cluttered and so disorganized.
Also, I had no problem finding a bunch of full and occupied servers a few days ago. This was after the free weekend had ended. There are at least half a dozen to a dozen full 16 player servers. Actually, the last time I played I couldn’t connect properly to the master server so I only pinged maybe 10 servers in total, but they seemed pretty full then too. Don’t know how many of those are actually players and not bots, though, but from my experience most of them are actual players.

if you are asking if i uninstalled the game, the answer is NO… same install since first day of release…
recall seeing that online stats link in the main menu… but now, its gone… guessing due to an patch/update…
