Brink Move support

I haven’t seen it asked yet so thought I might. It seems to be the “big thing” these days so will Brink support Sony’s Move controller?

It sure seems that the S.M.A.R.T. system would allow for some easy mobility so I’d say it would be a good candidate for Move. The only thing that concerns me with Move are the aiming mechanics. I like what MAG is doing with the beta and people seem to be liking it even though there seem to be a few bugs to work out. Like the bounding box, most people want it small or the ability to turn it off all together.

P.S. Whos’ job it it to do the controls in a game like brink? PC would be pretty easy but what about consoles or even something like Move support?

Being as they’re trying to keep the game pretty much universal between builds (PC/PS3/XBox) I doubt very strongly that they’d be putting in extra features like that.

Kinect support… Now THAT’D be cool haha… The SMART abilities are limited to what you can climb in your lounge room.

I think it would be better to limit it to the normal controller than to fail adding move support in game. Move is a new system to PS and they probably won’t be able to handle something like BRINK.

I don’t think they’ve ever said they would try to do that. They did however say that the each platform will receive the appropriate attention to ensure the quality.

I think they might look at implementing move but it wouldnt be a priority because obviously it only effects one of the versions. It also adds some online issues… like do you allow move players to play with the dualshock players
