After close to 2 years of Brink development, I think they’ll already have most of the gameplay mechanics in place. I’m not sure where you get that SD has experience with Fallout 3? Playing it maybe…

ID has something with Bethesda…
and therefor I thought at least some people from Bethesda might be invlolved, not?
Those 2 companies… fps + rpg … but its not like I have read that… I more do hope it.

SD has no experience with Fallout, they’re not the same company as Bethesda.

3 separate companies. ZeniMax the parent company bought id software… again no relation to splash damage. You appear to have taken 2+2 and got 5 :slight_smile:

well sure SD stays SD… but still I suppose the ideas behind F3 and QW … might have a higher chance to meet… so 2+2 = 5 … just bend the laws a bit.

BRINK might be developed by Splash Damage, but BRINK’s still a franchise owned by Bethesda, meaning the role they play in the production of BRINK could be quite exponential.

i think ailmanki was refering to the fact that since they have some kind of relationship, they could be getting influenced.
Just because they aren’t linked officially doesn’t mean they can’t aid eachother.
just because my friend is in another class doesn’t mean I can’t ask him for help.

There’s a difference between getting help with a problem and trying to create something unique to yourself. I don’t see why I would want someone elses influence in a creation that i want to define me.
