Ya know what’d be a good clip for the founders tower map? The founders telling everyone about the failed attempt to reestablish contact. Would they believe it or wreak havoc!?
BRINK is constantly changing
Or more likely Hydraulic Fluid so that the plane will actually be flyable considering many of the main functions are hydraulic driven. Not to mention you fix the Fuel Pump for the last objective…
Either that, or hydraulic fluid for the landing gear and wings.
EDIT: Damn yous, Oschino!
Back on the topic of the resistance trying to leave the Ark, who is to say what Mokoena (sp?) and the founders say about the outside world is true? And even if it is, they’re going to have to reconsider leaving anyway once the Akoral (again sp?) dies out.
Well, while what Mokoena says definitely isn’t always truthful, that one guy’s (doctor or something?) audio log recounts their leaving the land they found in a right-quick hurry due to their otherwise impending peril.
EDIT: Added quote
True. Hopefully the years of famine and disease would calm things down a bit lol
I think that the additional missions will fit in with the existing story. IE: They will always try to escape in a plane at the end.
One thing about founder’s tower that COULD be cool. Would be to somehow have a 3rd mission set in the founder’s tower that is AFTER that missle hits it. It’d be a mission for resistance with the trashed tower. And a what if for security with the trashed tower. And vice versa when it’s untouched.
Yes, that would be cool. Except it never happened, right? Its like a Paradox. Like Lost. Like X-men Future Past. It could be a what if mission of course…
two of my favorite games of all time! If that’s their model of support for Brink, i will be a happy f-ing camper. (just got the epic NV patch last week, btw…helped a ton)…
totally dig the serial model, where you return to the world you immersed yourself in for another round or two (of course the key is to read about the DLC expansion before you jump in…some (brotherhood of steel, honest hearts) rule, others are best to pass on unless you are reaaaallly into the game.
would love to see 2-3 maps every 2-4 mos, to keep it fresh…and would def pay for that. (price point will determine my enthusiasm. 14.99 is ugly, 4.99 is cheap, etc)
Yea, I picked up New Vegas last month and I am thoroughly enjoying it, even more so after the huge patch. I think $5-$10 is a fair amount for 3-4 new maps. I am seeing a big increase in the 360 population, hopefully the game gets even more players back with the DLC/big patch.
That’s actually the map that I’m most looking fowards to. I just want to see what the tower looks like inside.
I just hope they do the Founders Tower justice. I wanna see at least 5 levels, the Resistance having to battle their way up, crawling through ventilation ducts, stair wells, elevators, and more! I cannot wait!
LOL I dont see how they could onely even have 1 map there, its a kilometer high, needs atleast 2-3 maps spanning from the underground of it all the way to the tip top. I mean come on, its the ICON of the game, the reason for the Ark to even be in existance, needs to be fully fleshed out and not just another site in the battle for the Ark like most of the levels.
