I don’t think there’s anything I could add that has not been said before.
Brink GDC 10 Cinematic Trailer
Great vid, did anyone else notice the destructable terrain? During the chase scene, he shoots the wooden bridge to pieces.
I also noticed early in the vid a resistance guy dropped his gun to make a jump.

Cinematic
, but I hope the actual game allows for some of that (no need to go over board, but it can be a nice feature).
THAT WUS AMAZING…
mentalray?,vray? finalrender? or turtle?
and was GI involved? The cinematic looked amazing and very crisp.
And the motion capture is spot on.

A new story entry has been added:
[drupal=615]Brink Cinematic Trailer Released[/drupal]
A brand-new cinematic trailer is now available for Brink, showing off Resistance and Security characters fighting over the future of the Ark. It’s packed with guns, explosions, slides and all other kinds of action and can be found in all its high definition glory over at GameTrailers. Alternatively, if you prefer YouTube, you can catch an embedded version after the break courtesy of Bethesda’s YouTube channel.
That big guy in white has something incredibly funny written on his chest. Funny for animu phreak russian, that is.
Trailer in whole was incredibly awesome. Makes me want to ask how SD people feel after, literally, burning the bridges behind in terms of game looks, cuz that`s what trailer represents foremost in my eyes.
Excellent stuff, very eye catching and question inducing. Exactly what is needed. Now I ask for just one more thing, this on TV and in the Cinema.
That big guy in white has something incredibly funny written on his chest. Funny for animu phreak russian, that is.
I wondered if it meant something. So what does it say?
The trailer was excellent, one of the best I have ever seen. Definitely something they should use for a commercial spot once the release date rolls around, whenever that is, XD
darthmob
Gibberish.
First word is a typical animu “nya”(consult wiki for meaning) in russian transliteration, while second one is a mix of “weapon” and “redhead”. Both on a clearly macho no shit dangerous terrorist with a big gun.
I wonder what artists wanted to say with that.
I would have preferred a cinematic trailer which wasn’t all CGI, Bethesda made this one I guess?
This is the FPS game I’ve been waiting for! Gonna be a long slow wait for this game. Good thing God of War is coming out to divert my attention for a while.
and metro 2033, alan awake… and such.
yet brink is def a title too be reckon with.
and to florisjuh, oh good tip.
i might stalk them, onto feeding my clueless 3d brain,
so thksz for pointing that one out.
You’ve gotta hand it to them though; it’s probably one of the best uses of CGI in a trailer ever, XD
