Funny thing is that it was out for maybe 20-30min atleast before I posted cause I couldnt find it at first and then took the time to download and attempt to install a few times before posting. Was surprised I was the first to post about it.

Ok what the hell is up with this, half the people I am talkin to can install it and the other half cannot, me and some others keep getting stuck at 14% even after re downloading it. Whats the deal, this will be getting much more frustrating as time passes…
