I think the narrative will best be told in the game itself. Now a prequel novel seeing how the Ark got the way it was would be more interesting.

The original Halo had a a book called The Flood released and that complimented the game by explaining it in the detail only a book can, and filling in some blanks that you may have missed in the game. They can work together, it doesn’t have to be a one or the other.

If you help make the franchise successful buy purchasing the game and encouraging your friends to do so there will probably be more media in the future.

I think there’s business in buying copyrights and writing the damn stories myself. I want to do copywriting as a sideproject anyway.

Yeah, cant see how a novel would hurt the game… Not a uber comic reader tho, except for humoristic stuffs, but why not.
