Brink Blue/Black Smoke Boxes Problem

hello,
When i play brink and i start shooting i see blue and black boxes can someone help me please with a solution for my problem the textures other than the smoke is fine thats what i hear and ive redownloaded it and all i still cant figure it out Please Help.
