[QUOTE=Zekariah;316680]I’m an Xbox user and I happen to agree with this statement.
We’ve had the game a week. A WEEK! And so far we have already received a day one update.
And look at all the hater posts on the forums. This is by far the most impatient generation of gamers so far. SD have said that they are working on fixes, releasing dlc NEXT MONTH, and making it free! I think a months grace is warranted, at least, so see if this game can reach its potential on Xbox.
No, I am not an SD kiss ass. I just figure i can have the attention span of my age group.

So by your standards, it’s ok for a game to be almost unplayable upon release? I’m not sure about the rest of you, but I expect a game to work when it is released. I don’t care what game it is… I don’t care if it’s COD, Brink, Battlefield (and I’m a huuge Battlefield fan). If BF3 came out (and I’ve been waiting for that game since BF2) and had these kinds of issues, you best believe I would complain about it also!
I know games aren’t perfect when they are released and I know that they end up being patched along the line. I don’t agree with that practice, but I understand. BRINK, however, is an extreme case. No other major recent game has this much damn lag. Rubberbanding? Really? Can’t remember the last time that has happened to me on a console… and with this much frequency!
So whatever defend the game… I defend the game, too. But at least I’m not blind to the flaws of this game and don’t give stupid excuses like “Oh, it’s only been out for a week.” Exactly… it’s RELEASED… yet it feels like we have a beta?
