There is serious bug in bridges_beta5 ( there was the same in beta4). This bug is very serious, because some people use spanw scripts, so in the begening of the map Axis spawn is set in North Tunnel by default and Allies spawn is set The Mill Tunnel by default. If (for example) Allied player use some kind of spawn script and he choose spawn in spawn point 3 (spawnpt 3) he can spawn in North Tunel in the same time that Axis. So You can imagine what happend when Allied player play PF --> :bump:

I’m aware of the spawning and it will be fixed for the final version -
at the moment I’m not up on how this is done but I will find out and make sure this can’t happen in the future.
What is PF?
for the moment - kick the offending players!

I’will try to fix this problem on my own in map script. (i will share with you if i can manage this) The problem is in spawn definitions ( i guess :o ). Allied can spawn in this point later, but this spawn is active for Allies all the time, only there is no Spawn Flag in limbo that allow to choose it the begining.

It is hard job to do with this spawn point. Start spawn nr 3, 4, 5, have to be disabled for Allies. Yesterday I,ve being trying to do something for 4 hours with no succes :(. Maybe i will try to rescript all spawns in the map. Axis spawns are allright. Later according to objectives and tigers spawn points work good.

thanks for that - it may be the case whereby the allied spawn entities in the .map at point 3 may need to be set to not be active at the start of the map

Have arranged a recording session for the axis team announcements for this coming weekend - might be able to enlist my american friend too for the allies

I’ve played on the beta5 2 or 3 times on different servers, and I really love your map. It is improving at each new version.
But, I went to an etpub server the other day, and on your map, at the first spawn, we were “inside” the moutain brushes. We were able to move a little, but without finding our way out. It was pretting strange and quite fun but impossible to play.
I’m sorry but I cannot give you more information as was not an admin on the server and as the next map was loaded very quickly after the bug was reported to the admin.
If a an etpub server admin is reading us, maybe he could give you some help.

We’ve been running the mapover at the <BT>Blaacktalon clan quite a bit. Very impressive, and so diverse! Nice Job. The only thing that anyone said was about the spawns. We actuall reached a point twice now, where both the Axis and Allies were spawning in the same spot (that small room off of the railroad track in side the railroad tunnel. We actually spawned with the Axis and Allies in the same spot, funny… but not good…LOL! Hope you get the spawn stuff fixed, very nice, we hope to put it in a campaign.
